The Lodhi, New Delhi, one of India’s finest hotels, has always emphasized on curated culinary experiences for its patrons. Taking this to the next level, the hotel brought in the legendary Chef Dani Garcia, whose restaurant in Marbella, Spain has been awarded three Michelin Stars and is considered one of the world’s most celebrated chefs today.
Born in Marbella, Dani is positioned as one of the Andalusian chefs with the greatest international projection to this day. He defines himself as an ‘artisan of flavour’ who combines the products of his land with techniques and ingredients of international cuisines. Dani achieved the Holy Grail of gastronomy in November 2018, when he received his third Michelin Star at Dani García Restaurant in Marbella, making him go down as one of the greatest contemporary chefs in the world.
